Cool place in an old fire station. Connected to Hilton Garden Inn but it's NOT the hotel restaurant. You can use valet parking for free at the hotel. Tell them you are just eating at the restaurant. I had a vodka/soda which was pretty light on the vodka. I had the Winter Greens Mixed Salad as a starter. It's big enough for two, or ask for a half portion (I wish I had). For entrees we had steak frites and the salmon. My wife subbed roasted cauliflower for the frites. It was $2 more but well worth it. The cauliflower was perfectly roasted. The steak was nicely sliced and cooked to order. Quite tender, as they didn't even give a steak knife. The salmon was nice and not dried out. It came with orzo and roasted cauliflower. The orzo had a sauce on it, which was a little much. The after dinner coffee was nice and strong. Our service was great. They also had burgers/sandwiches and a few pizzas if looking for something a little less. I would definitely visit again.

Had an incredible experience thanks to our server, Yazmin! She was super friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. Her recommendations were spot on (THE BURRATA--amazing!), and she truly made the meal even better. We will be back !

I went a few years ago and was little disappointed--gave it another try for restaurant week and so glad I did! The menu for restaurant week was huuuuge, way more options than I typically see. We all enjoyed our food and drinks. There are lots of windows so lots of great natural sun in the dining room. Great for a happy hour!!

We went for Restaurant Week which is usually suspect. However this was probably one of THE best restaurant week restaurants we have ever attended. The menu was vast and EVERYTHING we had was cooked perfectly and delicious. The beef tartare was amazing. The meat was minced and throughly seasoned (not like a pic I saw on yelp), with tiny quail egg yokes, just like I like it. I would get that again any time. We also had the Brussel sprouts, Buffalo wings and burrata as well; all so good. The blue cheese dressing had a touch of dill and we had to order more so all the wings could be dipped in it (which they charged $1 for) The NY Strip was seasoned and cooked perfectly! The short ribs left my mom hungry but we were all sharing and had enough to fill her up. She would have liked more potatoes. My cauliflower steak was soo good when you ate all the things together! Our server was awesome and had great suggestions. I am surprised we haven't been or heard of this place before. The atmosphere was hip, classy and fun. Go try this place!!

We stopped into Woodie Fisher for breakfast on our way out of town to ski. The building was once a firehouse and they left a lot of the original structure in place. It was really cool and they decorated beautifully. We ordered coffees, steel cut oats and the firehouse breakfast. I am told the firehouse breakfast was wonderful. The sausage was cut into cubes and fried crispy on every side. The entire plate was cooked perfectly and was very filling. My oatmeal was fine, how one would expect it to be. The toppings were good. I appreciated that our server was able to ensure I was not eating anything I am allergic to. She was quick and helpful. All and all a great experience.

I had dinner here 4 nights in a row and the service and food was consistent every night. Each dish was full of flavor and tested fresh. Food was always hot upon arrival. The restaurant is cozy, music is not too loud. The restaurant and hotel make a great duo.
